The poof in the back is a little much, but it's not as bad as I originally thought when first reviewing the product. Plus, when I contacted Customer Service, they were very quick to respond to any inquiries I had, which is very appreciated. It arrived quickly and is lovely. Thanks.

Hope 2024-05-11	I love the shape but was really concerned about which colour to order. I called customer service and Elissa walked me through the whole decision. She was so patient! The colour is perfect! I ordered a beautiful highlighted shade of medium reddish blonde and platinum highlights. I have rosy skin, so I really don't want any gold - and this is just perfect!
