I recently wrote a review about my experience with a customer service representative. The next day I received a call from a manager at here and she was extremely helpful and was very apologetic for the experience I had with the customer service rep. Based on this action from the manager I feel that the one instance from the rude customer service rep was just one bad case and not a reflection of the here business as a whole. |

I am stunned as it feels so much like my own hair. One of my companions who realized I wore a wig really inquired as to whether I'd developed my own natural hair back. Awesome. I will gladly supplant it with a similar when the opportunity arrives. |

I bought the blonde wig and i was really impressed. it wasn't as shiny as i thought it was going to be, which was a plus. the only thing i have to complain about are the bangs. they are long and thick and they do not stay side swept. other than that i still got a lot of compliments on it. |

I love the way this wig looks, and styles. Right out of the box I just had to shake it and it looked great. I get a lot of compliments when I wear it. I plan on getting another in a different color. |
